Terms & Conditions

Welcome To JaysTags.com

Please take some time to go over these Terms & Conditions. You agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions by using the site and/or your purchase of services from us.

These Terms & Conditions Are Subject To Change

These Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified at any moment without prior notice by JaysTags. Therefore, anytime you visit our website or make a purchase from us, we strongly advise you to read these Terms and Conditions.

Payment terms

These Payment Terms outline your commitment to pay for all current and upcoming services, as well as any fees or charges levied by us in connection with our services. The JaysTags group entity offering the services in the USA is referred to as "we" and "us" in these Payment Terms.

You permit JaysTags to keep, preserve, and recover the funds from your designated payment method in accordance with these Payment Terms in order to access certain services, including those involving authorized automated or one-time payments, recurring payments, and subscriptions. These terms may be changed from time to time by JaysTags, and any modifications take effect when they are posted on this website.

Your device location, ID number, and card information may be transferred to JayTags and shared with our payment processor when you add a payment method, like a credit card, to your JaysTags Account. The transfer of card information is encrypted, thus JaysTags will not have access to the real card number. When you purchase services on a JaysTags website using your saved payment method or a new credit card, we will share the details required for payment processing with our global processors and banking partners. This is done in order to ensure that your payment is processed smoothly, complies with financial regulations, minimizes fraud risk, and resolves any payment-related problems. JaysTags securely stores your bank account details in an encrypted format to prevent unauthorized access without explicit permission when you make payments.

When utilizing subscriptions, you must keep at least one valid payment method in your JaysTags Account. Your stored payment method may be charged for any services you receive. Your inability to sustain or preserve your payment information accurate, up-to-date, and complete may cause you to lose access to services that entail recurring payments.

You acknowledge that, for charges that enable automatic or recurring payments, your payment method will be used each time the service is provided, unless it is deactivated at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance of the service date. In your JaysTags Account or by contacting us at any time, you may control or disable automatic payments.

All sales are final. Once funds have been transmitted to the California Department of Motor Vehicles on your behalf, cancellations, refunds, or returns are not accepted. If JaysTags is unsuccessful in recovering the funds owed through the payment method stored in your JaysTags Account, you consent to JaysTags obtaining the full or partial amount owed for services, as outlined in this clause. In the event that payment cannot be collected, we may reach out to you utilizing the information we have on record, or request payment at the time of service provision. Failure to comply with the Payment Terms by failing to pay overdue and uncontested fees will lead to a temporary suspension of our services until the payment concerns are resolved. Furthermore, we will notify all authorized DMV partners of the suspension of your account.

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested to the fullest extent permitted by law. You may be responsible for legal fees and statutory damages incurred as a result of improper chargebacks.
